Working with Schools and Universities
From work experience to shared ownership – this kind of promotion is possible in a fledgling technology firm. However, for this to happen, the new talent needs to know that the business exists in the first place.
The TCC, together with partners in schools and universities and in collaboration with a number of different organisations, has set itself the task of awakening the interest of schoolchildren and students in working in a technical profession from an early age, introducing them to opportunities for training and employment in small to medium-sized companies in the region and making the younger generation aware of the possibilities of starting a business themselves.
This includes participation in regular events such as "Girl's Day" or the "Open Door Business Week", as well as the individual assignment of work experience placements or contacts for the Exceptional Academic Achievement [Erringung der Besonderen Lernleistung (BeLL)].
